On another occasion I have used various General Finishing products including their "Milk" color. My previous experience was applied with a brush. I was happy with the results so I decided to try again but this time with a sprayer. I don't have a turbine, I use a pancake compressor with a large squirt gun. I was very happy with the product. It was very thick and I felt I had to thin it down to get decent spray coverage. This is a REAL matte product. I had a few issues after looping between coats. I've tried different types of rags and rags, including paper towels, to clean the surface before applying the next coat. But everything I've used left a lot of lint/paper fiber/whatever. This is most likely user error, but I don't usually run into it. Over the paint I used General Finishes High Performance water based top coat. He smoothed everything at once and left a stunning finish. It's only been a few weeks so can't comment on durability but it holds up very well with very heavy use. It is easy to clean and doesn't seem easy to scratch.
