Bottles are ok but labels are unusable

Bottles are ok but there are a few issues. The pen and labels that come with the kit are absolutely useless. I wrote 3 labels and as you can see in the picture the ink on the 4th label started to fade and is almost illegible. The glass of one of the bottles has a defect that makes it appear like snot or something got stuck in the bottle. The stoppers are quite flimsy and you need to make sure they are fastened in exactly the right position and not twisted.
