Review on Tires Michelin Primacy 3 205/55 R16 91V runFlat by Mateusz Weber ᠌

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Product satisfying the quality of the product, good price.

I decided to change the new standard tires Hankook Ventus Prime 2 to Primacy 3 ZP (with reinforced sidewall). Perhaps he changed the awl to soap. Hankook didn’t make it very noisy, decided to change it to Michelin, but when I put it on, I realized that Primacy 3 is also quite noisy tires, starting from 80 km/h the noise becomes quite distinct, and starting from 100 km/h it is frankly annoying. I wanted exactly ZP (RunFlat), firstly because of reliability, and secondly because of the fact that it was made in Italy, and ordinary tires (without reinforced sidewalls) are made in 2022. But the other side of the coin is its weight, it is very heavy compared to a regular tire! I have a K&K alloy wheel that is much lighter than one such tire, naturally this will not have the best effect on fuel consumption and dynamics. During installation, 3 discs were drawn, the sidewalls are of course too hard, but the fault is still on an inexperienced tire fitter, one place always interferes with a bad dancer. I have not traveled much yet, everything is completely satisfied except for excessive noise at speeds of 80 km / h. Stands on the Jetta Vl, dimension 205/55 R16. When mounting a tire, it sits very hard on a disk, I had to attach a weight of 40 grams to one disk.

Pros
  • Quality Price
Cons
  • Noisiness Too heavy (RunFlat)
