The product is worse than ever, disappointed with the purchase.

I didn’t expect any customer orientation from  at all, they don’t want to correct their mistakes, they just change food, they can’t bring what they ordered and pick up the wrong one, they can’t offer bonuses, a discount or anything else to maintain loyalty. The return period is up to 10 days, plus still waiting for a refund.
In the event of a delay in the order, Sbermegamarket apologized and accrued bonuses for the next order, this is customer focus, and here with such a set-up there is no solution to the issue, no loyalty. Terrible office

1. They brought cat food instead of dog food 2. It is not possible to issue a return by courier through your personal account 3. The support service is just about nothing, “sorry, sorry” and that’s all, they don’t want to help make a return, they don’t want to reassure, they don’t want to offer some options to resolve the issue 4. Somehow I got through to the hotline, it seems like they sent an application, but in the end a day has passed and there is no feedback. The most interesting thing is that they want me to take 14 kg of feed to the point of issue myself, it generally fell out of it. I ordered delivery by courier and the courier should also pick up. My mistake was that I didn’t immediately look under the packaging, the food was sealed with a black film, but I had never encountered this, so I asked to put the food in and only opened it in the evening
