Matching hardware was not included. The brackets connecting the strut to the brake bolts curve slightly, which would be great if they were mirror images of each other. But the two brackets that came with my rack were identical, meaning the rack could not be installed symmetrically; The upward curve on the left is the downward curve on the right (see photo). You can substitute the 1" angle brackets for these mounts and the rack doesn't seem to get any worse. However, it's not cool.
