I press mongo. With regular truck hubs, your board will tend to drift left or right when you push the mongo, depending on which direction you were leaning when you removed your front foot to push. These bushings are the only ones I've found that come back to center, so when you push your board goes straight. I also like to drive my trucks very tight. The plastic inserts appear to protect the urethane from fungus that comes out as you drive your trucks. So I highly recommend them, especially for skaters who ride mongos or ride their trucks hard. I'm sure they will last longer on others too.
