Excellent products approved by the snake

Ordered 5 boxes of 10 lightbulbs, the postman delivered the package wrong which broke 5 lightbulbs. I contacted reptizoo to let them know they acted quickly and informed me they would send a replacement. I just received them today! 10/10 recommend. I know lightbulbs can go bad in the mail but I'm glad they took action to fix it. Great lights, keep my snakes and lizards warm, the red glow doesn't disturb sleeping.
