'This product works great but setup can be quite confusing and lengthy. At first I had a hard time setting it up. The manual is terrible and the software on the CD isn't very good. I recommend downloading Filmora or other software to import your videos. The company also sent me an email, which I didn't understand at first, asking me to download a driver for the Easy-Cap product. When your computer detects a USB video device, it calls it a webcam. After installing the drivers and importer software, instruct the importer to record your webcam. This will import your video into a digital format. Therefore, I wish that other people who have reviewed this product could explain this part in their reviews, or that the company would share information with buyers of the product.
