Review on Dorman 600-560 Actuator Fork for 4WD by Kyle Kriglstein

The product is missing two white plastic gaskets which are not only required, but absolutely necessary for the part to function properly. As far as I can tell this item was not returned by the other buyer, the fork came in unopened bubble wrap, someone just didn't put the pads on the fork and sent it as is. I could modify the pads for this, I've seen it, but if I did I would be modifying the original part and not the new part I just bought. I have ordered Dorman parts before and was not impressed, although the other part worked fine I would not hesitate to order from them again if that is their quality. I posted a photo of the fork, it clearly shows that there are no pads and the bubble wrap has not been opened. Gave the part a star as I can't use it, I'm sending it back for a refund. I guess I'll just do this mod with my original fork, it's not that hard with the right tools. You should have done that from the start.
