Use with Caution- But Good!
This product was a lot harder than I expected. It’s easy to hurt yourself if you do it on the wrong part of your body or if you use it too long. I mainly just use it for rolling my upper back and it cracks so much! I also lay on it vertically and get a good stretch in my sternum.
- Easy and light to use. My back pain is much less now
- Can be difficult to balance on, especially for those with poor coordination or balance
