The product works, just received. It heats up well BUT THE UNIT YOU SEND ME SHOULD BE DROPED AND USED. A piece of plastic is missing from the back corner. Had it come in an unopened box and not cracked I would have given it a 5 star rating, heats up well, seems to work well. Swings pretty well. Don't send used stuff boys. Look at the hair in one photo and the split in the other, I literally had it within an hour. WARM WELL!
