They sent me a rusty lid and no screws - disappointment

As the name suggests they sent me a rusty lid that doesn't look like the photo. In addition, the screws are clearly visible in the display and were not included. I'm very disappointed and would be tempted to return it but I don't have time to wait for the job to be done.
