Review on Yellow Swift Hitch SH01 Portable Wireless Camera System by Charles Palma

I bought the Swift Hitch from a third party Revain seller called Essex. When I received it all it showed was a "white" screen and no video. It is obvious that the block is out of order. When I called Essex they didn't help me at all. I then decided to contact the manufacturer to see if they could help me. When I called, Todd Cadiz picked up the phone and helped me right away. He informed me that Essex was not an authorized reseller and that they were most likely selling "refurbished" electronics and that my Swift Hitch was most likely a defective unit which they had tried unsuccessfully to repair. Todd informed me that they immediately replaced my Swift Hitch with a new one and 4 days later I received a new Swift Hitch via UPS. Overall this is a great product and does what it promises. It has a range limit, probably 30 feet. Give/take, but overall if you use this for towing/carrying you can't go wrong with this. Finally great customer service! If you have any questions/concerns, rest assured they will pick up the phone and help you resolve your concerns/issues.
