I wanted a water thread but didn't want to invest in an expensive one. My dentist suggested a shower device that I didn't know existed. So I bought this. It seems like a neat little device. It doesn't pulsate, but you can control the pressure somewhat. In my mediocre apartment shower, the flow is strong enough and I feel like it's doing what I wanted. I bought this to give my gums a little extra thorough cleaning, I don't have any serious dental equipment in my mouth. I would suggest getting a pulsating device if you need to clean braces or other places with limited space. (My video shows him spraying toothpaste for demo purposes) It installs easily, I used threaded tape and an 8" pipe wrench. It leaks a little from a piece of PVC attached to a wall pipe, but nothing major. I'd rather have that instead of cracking by over-tightening. I didn't want to use an adhesive holder with it either, so I built something else since I'm the only one using the device. If you're using the included mount I would suggest using command strips as they have that messy adhesive that sticks well but leaves a mess if you ever remove it. All in all I would buy it again and compared to others I've seen it seems like I got what I paid for.
