I received the bag today but I checked it for fit and manufacture (I ordered a Chase Harper 4000 Black BC NW Aeropac Tail. I had to sending it back because it was too big where i wanted to put it but it was very well made i like everything about it) so i checked and found that this bag is like the same bag but smaller ok this one bag is Very small but I think you could fit most things I might need during a day trip to the mountains/coast d very small raincoat. also fits! The outside pockets are good too. I put it on my tank as a test. I will say I think it's the right size to not be too small or too big like a tank bag (don't know how the magnets hold but this bag has quick release straps) I don't use it on my tank I want, that it is a bag for my luggage rack, since this bag has magnets I can hang the bag and attach the magnetic straps to the top and stick it to the luggage rack (I really pulled on the bag, it doesn't move) I just have to peel off the magnets and I can remove the bag but I don't see myself doing it because what I put in the bag the bag is a good size too To carry it it comes with a shoulder strap but I don't think it will last long because it's plastic. I will update when I use the bag.
