Review on 🔌 20-Pin Direct Wire Harness for Pioneer Headunits: Compatible with Subaru 2007-2015 and Nissan 2008-Up Vehicles by Jun Alves

So I bought this to add the Pioneer AVH-X5500BHS to my 2014 Subaru Impreza WRX STI without navigation. For some reason, the plastic parts that attach to the wiring harness on both the car and the radio are reversed; All the wires are in the right place, but the plastic parts themselves are upside down, so they won't insert properly on either side. I had to compare the wiring that came with the Pioneer unit to this adapter to make sure they were correct and also check the white end that goes into the car wiring harness and I made sure they were all correct. The end that goes in the car fitted fine with no modifications, but the end that goes in the radio I had to cut some and file. Overall it works, just a shame I had to make these changes as otherwise I would have given a higher rating. The rest is still good
