I bought this kit to replace the existing towing mirrors. I only wanted one but the price for two was too good to pass up. I found the fit and quality to be much better than the mirror I replaced. The fold is much tighter than the one I'm replacing. The glass attachment to the drive motor is also much more secure, which reduces vibrations overall. Also, the mirror has more adjustment options, so I can see a wider field of view. I guess that means I won't go back to a lot of things like I used to. I just wanted to switch a side that I could break, but if they are better than what is there now I will switch the other side as well. I paid 2 1/2 times more for the last set I bought. Even if they were the same price, they would still be worth it.
