What went wrong: - The PSI gauge didn't work - Inflatables (tires, toys, etc.) may be damaged due to a faulty PSI sensor - The packaging is not discreet (delivered as in the photo to see ) - Openings in the package were not sealed - Difficult to unpack the product as the locking mechanism did not engage (keep it closed) What went well: - Very easy item inflation - Fast item inflation - Fits Presta -Valve with no air leaks -Easy compression and storage lock [Hold the length of the product vertically to release the lock] Improvements: - Sensor functionality is key to this product. If it fails, it will cause many returns. - The fault may be due to a leak in one or both cylinders, or non-supporting air pressure. - Bike tire says 120psi (Presta valve) but the gauge read 40psi. If one of the users does not know that they can damage the tire and I did not inflate it further. Cracking noises when driving.- Discreet packaging- Potential: measuring device protection during transport
