Review on Culinary Elements Stainless Soft Skin Lightweight by Amber Gonzales

I bought this peeler from my local supermarket about 3 years ago. I lost it and couldn't find it in the supermarket. Luckily I found it on Amazon. I have tried several cleaners over the years and these are top notch. It's lightweight, easy to use and doesn't require a lot of pressure to get the job done. It hasn't lost any of its sharpness over the years. It glides smoothly over fruits and vegetables, removing a minimum of skin from them. Honestly, it can't get any better. I use it for potatoes, carrots, beets, tomatoes, ginger and apples. Haven't tried it on veggies or fruits with harder skins. While it can't be used on tougher skin, it's still worth having in the kitchen. This is the best household cleaner. It is rare to find a product that you like so much. This is one of them.
