There weren't any instructions so I'm not sure I did everything right.
Since there were no instructions, I don't know what to do next. I built it up like normal vinyl and polished it well. But the vinyl didn't come off the transfer sheet so I left it thinking I didn't want it to get old but it keeps bubbling and I have to keep pressing it down around the edges.
