Review on 🔪 Lansky Standard Coarse Sharpening System featuring Fine Hones for Enhanced Performance by Brittany Jones

While the product worked perfectly and provided very stable angles, various stones and oil; mine came with a factory fault stone (blue) that's tipped. picture attached. I have contacted Lanskey but have not received a reply. updated 1.12.18. I sent the defective stone to Lanskey and received a new stone. Three weeks passed between dispatch and receipt. I'm definitely not satisfied that I had to put so much effort into a $22 sharpening system. Constructive Criticism: Dear Lanksy, Please simply send your customers a new, corrected product as soon as they have sufficient evidence of a manufacturing defect. Don't let your customers jump through so many hoops trying to fix a mistake they didn't make.
