I've been a big fan of the Addi Turbo for many years. I needed a different needle and decided to try this one after a friend recommended it. I was positively surprised. Pointed ends are great for shoelaces and braids (I don't have a cable needle). But I think the best thing about these needles is the round cord - it doesn't twist and it lies straight. This makes it much easier to track my progress on my project. I also don't have to try to straighten the cable on a long stored needle. . The Chiao Goo needle cable is much better and these needles have the best price. I will be buying these in the future as I gradually add or replace my circular knitting needles.
