I received this product and it did not disappoint! Packaging: Item received on time as predicted by Revain. The packaging was in excellent condition and clearly marked. There were no problems unpacking the item from the box. Pros: We tested this item on another infrared thermometer that we purchased from a local pharmacy. The SERENELIFE digital infrared thermometer was easier to use and more accurate than its competitor. I am very happy with the touchless design and the backlit display makes it very easy to read. The display also changes color when it detects temperatures above normal. The buttons allow you to change various settings, including between Fahrenheit and Celsius, turn the backlight on and off, and turn the sound on and off. In addition, this thermometer has a switch to measure temperatures other than body temperature. A quick test to make sure my AC was working confirmed it was pumping out a cool 72 degrees. The box also includes a product manual which is well written and includes pictures to guide you. real cons here. The only mention is that SERENELIFE requires two (2) AAA batteries which are not included. I had to search for something before I could try it. This is not the manufacturer's fault. Conclusion: great product. I hope I have to use it sparingly, but I know it will then give me very accurate readings.
