I am very happy with this bike. Just as I am used to at school. I bought it with large sculptures in mind. But I think it's really good for little things. You know how you like to make indentations at a certain angle? Well it makes it easier. Just rotate your piece as you work. Love it. It has a good rubber base to keep it in place. The size is good for what I usually work on. Although if I'm working on something big, I might temporarily stick a big bat on it. I think it will work. It's very solid and seems balanced to me. Some have complained about the smell. And yes, the rubber on the underside smells a lot like car tires, but unless I smell it up close I can't smell it while I'm working.
