This is fantastic for my lower back and hip. I say only one hip cause that's what hurts. Today I was out shopping (I love to shop.HATE THE PAIN) Yes the pain was there but I came home.put away my stuff sat on my wobble disk and in 15 minutes bye bye pain. AMAZING THANK YOU
