Does a great job but handle with care!

Local supermarkets don't sell sliced steaks like they used to. This fabric softener is suitable for sirloin steaks and steaks. When piercing the steak on both sides, make sure there is space between the piercings and in opposite directions. Too many punctures and your steak will fall apart while you season or cook it. I don't use it for poultry, only meat. Tip for easier cleaning: find a container deep enough to soak the blades once you're done. And always remember that the blades are very sharp!
