I bought this check valve cover because it has a strong cover. Other valve covers in my area with plastic covers are not durable. The lid I bought is 36 inches long and 24 inches high. Actually I needed about 32"x12" but I couldn't find any ready made ones. I folded the bottom edge into the case and attached strong velcro to the "new" bottom. So far it's holding in place and looking good. UPDATE: Cap installed in February didn't last a summer in Texas. See image; By July, the lid had rotted and been torn to shreds even when attempting to remove it. The insulating pad is ok so I can look for a stronger case to cover it.
