The ease of use, integration with Salesforce and ability to see all relevant data in one place makes the system really stand out from our competitors. We have had some issues where we are not able to get information through to them quickly enough but they respond very quick when we do contact them. They are always open to feedback and improvements which helps keep us at the front of their minds as customers. Would like more flexibility around emailing leads via an online form rather than having to send emails directly to sales reps or managers.
