Wanted to love this USB hub. But (updated)

When installing he died on arrival. I've tried several known good USB ports on my computer and also tried several USB cables. I always got the last device not recognized on my USB serial bus controllers. Their support team contacted me several times to help with the installation. I was impressed. Although I never contacted her. The next day I unplugged the device, restarted the computer and then, lo and behold, it worked. I do not know what happened. I've tried every USB on my computer before, but as soon as I unplugged the device from power and USB and restarted my computer, it started right away. Love it!
