This straightener is really good, it straightens my hair the way I like it. It's a little tedious, but before I iron a section of hair in thin layers, I take a comb, comb through that section of hair and untangle any knots and tangles. After I brushed it out, the flat iron doesn't really pull afterwards. So if you have this flat iron I suggest you try to comb through each strand of hair before ironing it. It really works for me and I think you should try it, you know the old saying "don't knock until you've tried". I really hope this helps and motivates you to try it :)
