Last night my printer said my black ink ran out. I know exactly when to change them and I found it odd that I didn't have extra ones in the office. I could have sworn I just bought one but I couldn't find it. I had to run to the nearest Best Buy store and buy a replacement so I could print what I was working on. Imagine my surprise when I check my email this morning and see that I ordered an XL at the end of February 2017 which is why I couldn't find it. It has already been installed. So is my XL empty after about nine weeks with fewer print jobs? This is the first time this has happened to XL, but it was also my first ink order from Revain. This cartridge should have lasted me at least six or seven months. This is the last time I'm going to buy this crap from Revain. I'm sticking with stationery supply chains.
