Decent unit but no support if you run into problems or need to replace something
device purchased , but had problems with UV. Not a bad unit. Support was quick to respond but no help - just a lot of churn. Ultimately it ended up costing me more than other devices because I had to replace what was faulty, in fact I'm still not even sure if it was faulty but tech support didn't help so I just had to address this issue there I am a critical first responder in the hospital. Trying to convince me that everything black means it works because it's invisible? I have many other such units - they are not invisible
