Works good great deal

Installed it with no problems and it works great providing ultra pure reverse osmosis water to power my commercial ice maker for great tasting super clean ice

Complete set incomplete

I bought a complete set with a UV system. However, the UV system did not bring the crystal tube. one that protects against ultraviolet light. I need you to solve my problem

Makes quality water tasteful

There weren't enough connections for the installation of the UVI, two plastic pins are needed to fix the hose in the block. I want to use UV. Can you send me parts?

ok but a lot of waste

seems to do a good job, competitive prices too. I was surprised by the amount of waste water (1:3) instead of sending it down the drain we sent it to a tank for outdoor use. (We use a rainwater harvesting system, so even unfiltered water is not bad)

This article is delivered with incomplete equipment. I had to go to a hardware store for a replacement. The product comes with good instructions and photos and is filtered to 100ppm depending on the meter supplied. The water tastes great. The goods can be picked up from us, but with products from Taiwan.

Decent unit but no support if you have problems or need to replace something

Bought unit but had problems with UV. Not a bad unit. Support was quick to respond but no help - just a lot of churn. Ultimately it ended up costing me more than other devices because I had to replace what was broken, in fact I'm still not even sure if it was broken, but the tech support didn't help so I just had to address this issue there I am a critical first responder in the hospital. Trying to convince me that everything black means it works because it's invisible? I have many other suchโ€ฆ

Actively check for leaks!

I had a Costco undercounter cleaner in a previous home and this thing tastes better and produces water faster than a similarly priced one. I liked that the first filter housing is transparent so you can tell if it's dirty. Very easy to install. Should fit most plumbing connections. It should be noted that I leaked from 4 different places. All the connections were assembled by me, so I think I just didn't tighten them enough.
