I didn't even stretch it as much as it should have been able to, and took less weight than it should have taken, in a short amount of time and only a moved a couple of times, the rollers were bent, the plastic was bent and I thought maybe the brakes were on NO, everything was off, I've waited a long time to notice this so I can't send it back and the only solution was too I have a 6/16 piece 1 inch steel plate that fits in the top and 4 triangles of 3/16 steel cut out for the bottom. After attaching the mounting plate to the curved casters I would need to drill all three pieces and screw the PLASTIC head piece in place and it will probably cost me more than I originally paid for it :( :( :( :( :(
