First, read the instructions and understand that installing an ice cube takes almost a full 12 hours. It took me a week to make enough ice cream for the party! Long setup time aside, it really does give you the results you are looking for! Removing ice from a silicone case can be a little tricky. I'm hesitant to bend the silicone too much for fear of breaking the shape. A splash of hot water seems to help get things moving. One of the nice bonuses is the "secondary" cube that is formed at the bottom of the form. While this one isn't crystal clear, it gives you a big cube that works great. For the price, this is a great addition for the home bartender.
