DESIGN DETAILS: Thoughtfully designed for ease of use. A silicone wrapped steel interior rim runs the perimeter of the tray to provide strength and rigidity for easily filling and mess-free transport to the freezer. Freeze juice and coffee to make a every day drinks more festive, save milk and broths to prolong their shelf life, or freeze cucumber sticks in water for style points!.

It's crystal clear

This worked great and the ice cube came out crystal clear, the only problem is that it makes cube after cube and is difficult to get out of the container

  • Ice cube molds and trays
Cons
  • Can hurt

Impossible to make a transparent ice cube

After many attempts I have not been able to get something that looks like pure ice. I tried all the tricks like filtered water, boiling water, different freezing temperatures.

Pros
  • Household and kitchen
Cons
  • For pensioners

Works as advertised.

I was skeptical because I had read about the laborious process of making clear ice cubes. However, I've been using it for a few weeks now and can confirm that it really works. It can be a bit painful to pull the cube out of its case, but I've found that a little water helps loosen it. $35 is a lot to be able to make an ice cube, but I knew it was new when I bought it. Little things like this seem to increase the quality of a good bourbon.

Long setup time aside, it really does give you the results you are looking for! Removing ice from a silicone case can be a little tricky. I'm hesitant to bend the silicone too much for fear of breaking the shape. A splash of hot water seems to help get things moving. One of the nice bonuses is the "secondary" cube that is formed at the…
