Review on ChartWare by Dhoal Shankar

I like that it is very user friendly - you don't need to be an IT person or computer guru in order to use this product! The customer service has been great as well- they are always willing to help out when needed!! There really isn’t anything bad about using this program- all of my physicians love how easy their charts can get filled out so quickly. This helps us save time by not having to write everything down ourselves (which would take longer). It also makes our job easier because we no longer have notes scattered everywhere throughout each office visit.
