This program has been a great help to our office!! It has really been a time-saver!

I like that it is very user friendly - you don't need to be an IT person or computer guru in order to use this product! The customer service has been great as well- they are always willing to help out when needed!! There really isn’t anything bad about using this program- all of my physicians love how easy their charts can get filled out so quickly. This helps us save time by not having to write everything down ourselves (which would take longer). It also makes our job easier because we no…

  • That i do know most nurses/practitioners already understand basic medical coding for insurance purposes, which allows them less work with charting at times but still giving enough detail information required.

Very User Friendly Great Solution for those lacking medical charting capabilities

It is very user friendly as you can customize it to your needs & preferences without any issues or problems at all! There are no downsides in my experience so far either which i am happy about because this product has been of great help when I did not have access/time available myself (as our department was understaffed). Easy navigation through menus makes things easy even if one does get stuck somewhere during use sometimes but that's normal stuff every computer program goes thru from…

Great for tracking healthcare info across departments

The ability to create patient forms in one place that can be used by multiple providers is great! I wish it could automatically pull from EMRs so we didn't have duplicate data entry issues when using different systems or people who aren’t familiar w/the system- but otherwise no complaints here at this time as far as functionality goes. We are able track our patients' information more efficiently than before - even if they were not always connected via electronic medical records (EMR). It is…

Great software with great customer service

It is simple to use. I like that it has an option of importing data from other programs such as excel or Access into this program. There are many options available in order to customize reports which makes using them easy. Sometimes when you try something new there might be glitches but they usually get fixed quickly so don't let those scare ya!
