Unfortunately no sticky stars, therefore

These cones have no sticky pads. They are attached with a screw. That's exactly what I wanted. Past experience has shown that adhesive pads fail over time, but screws do not. The loops on them are slightly larger and it's easier to thread the ribbons through them.
