WARNING MY OPINION: I have not read the full list of L-lysine side effects. I have checked the side effects online and I know I will not take them again. Not sure if I will return them but due to kidney problems, stomach problems etc I just can't keep using them. PLEASE check and talk to your doctor before purchasing and using L-Lysine. {my opinion of course}
