Review on Blue Brita Lake Color Series 10-Cup Pitcher Model by Ian Bates

I ordered this in July and it was my favorite filtered water jug I've ever had. For 5 months firstly good; Smaller pitchers need to be refilled much more frequently. This 10 cup design was perfect for our family of 5. It really is a beautiful device. Very elegant. And it fills up so fast! I had water jugs that seemed to take forever and all day to fill. Not this one. That was excellent. Poorly; Unfortunately the floating handle looks very nice but it would be better if the handle connected to the jug in more than one place as my girlfriend poured some water yesterday and the handle just broke off. The whole jar was broken when it fell to the ground. The materials just weren't strong enough to withstand that amount of water for any length of time. And I don't think 5 months is long enough for normal use. It's a shame, because we really liked this pot.
