Item has been out of service for more than a few months
I bought two of these at the same time. Each of the items was only used 2-3 times a day, but each slowly stopped working after 3-5 months. I contacted the seller for a refund but they first stated that it was a "grocery" item and could not be returned. After repeating that the item was not "perishable" (which should be obvious to him), the seller then used the excuse that it took too long to get a refund. Fortunately, Revain returned the money.
