Can't say anything about durability yet as I just got it today. But it's adorable on my pup. She is 8 months old and weighs about 29 pounds. I received it large as it was said it ran small. I probably could have gone with Wednesday, but I'm glad I didn't. I use her other collar to attach myself to the leash and leave this one a little looser around her neck (I take it off at night when she's not being watched so she can't hurt herself or snag something). lots of room to grow. That's enough for her for the rest of her life. When we first put it on she bounced around a bit and didn't get used to the extra weight on her neck, but she quickly settled down within 2 minutes and hasn't paid attention since. This is a good buy for the price. The size is just right for her. Doesn't look bulky or too small.
