My experience with iMah was less than satisfactory, which is surprising coming from someone who places a high value on productivity and high-quality goods. Despite the fact that they provide a diverse selection of electronics and accessories, I found their website to be difficult to traverse and riddled with inconsistencies. In addition, the checkout procedure was difficult to understand and required a great deal more time than it should have. To make a bad situation even worse, it took significantly longer than I had anticipated for the items I had purchased to be delivered. When they did eventually get there, some of the telephone accessories had been broken and were no longer usable. It was abundantly obvious that their method of packaging and shipping was not up to the required standard. I attempted to get assistance from the customer service department, but the representatives I spoke with were ineffective and unresponsive. Dealing with a business that did not respect either my time or my experience as a customer was extremely aggravating. In general, I would advise anyone considering making a purchase from iMah to approach with extreme caution before making any decisions. My expectations were not met with the website, the packaging, or the customer service offered by this company, despite the fact that they sell a broad variety of products. You shouldn't waste your time or money on a business that doesn't put a priority on ensuring that their customers are happy.
