I bought black napkins so I don't have to worry about stains. Of course you get nervous when you order something made out of fabric that you can't get your hands on to feel and inspect - but these napkins are EXCELLENT. They're large and even, with a little sheen, and after 2 big meals followed by washes I can attest that they haven't faded, NOT WrinkleD AT ALL and look like they just came out of the box. The only thing I didn't do was iron them, which I think if you like a really crisp doily you have to do it. Otherwise they lie rather casually. I really need her; my old handkerchiefs were worn to death, literally frayed in places. I've been looking for a while but everything was so expensive. It eventually got to the point where I was throwing a dinner party for 16 and I didn't even have half a dozen perfect napkins. I finally chose them because other verified reviews mentioned everything that was important to me and the price was right. I think if you are dissatisfied with this brand it is because you are expecting something other than what is explicitly stated in the description or reviews. 100% will choose these wipes again!
