Sharpens quickly and easily
E5 works like a charm. Within minutes of opening I was sharpening my knives quickly and easily. The results have been great, all my knives now have great blades and it only took a few minutes to complete one knife. In addition, the sharpener is small so it can be easily stored in a closet and is silent. I have used water stones in the past and the E5 was well worth the price for its ease of use and speed of results.
