Review on LG Electronics BP530 Wi-Fi Enabled 3D Blu-ray Disc Player (2013 Model) by Dany Hamilton
Pretty disappointing so far
I am choosing this review primarily because the product completely crashed after about twelve minutes of use. I had to disconnect and reconnect my Blu-ray player to get it working again. I thought it might need a software update so I tried connecting the device with a Cat5e ethernet cable but the device couldn't find a connection, no problem, I'll use WI-FI. A software update was available but no driver. I couldn't update my device or get it working in general. I finally found the driver on the LG website, but nothing changed when I installed the driver. The device keeps freezing. Sometimes the device doesn't send any sound, which causes me to have to unplug the device again. Aside from not being usable, the Blu-ray player is cheap, small and looks good.
