Such a time and labor saver

Before receiving this I used a food processor, chopped 3-5 apples at a time and put them in the press. It was a mess and lasted several hours. Now I grind right in the press after slicing gallons of apples. You need a way to hold it. I found I could steer with one hand, but it's uncomfortable and still a little fidgety. Maybe you can put some weights or bungee but I haven't tried it yet.
