A "standout " head piece.
I purchased this head piece to accessorize my tutu outfit for a group scuba diving trip. It was the perfect "colorful" piece needed to add that extra zing for my underwater outfit. I gave one (of the 3) to my dive buddy to wear and the other to my sister. Everyone was happy and the best part. the saltwater didn't damage or discolor the feathers in any way.
