It could save your marriage

We started with the Sheets and Giggles duvet. Although we have air conditioning, it doesn't get cold enough at night to be comfortable in the summer. If the temperature in your bedroom doesn't drop below 68 or you sleep with heat, then it's too hot in there. (We don't have a memory foam mattress, so our bed sleeps cooler than many others....) When temperatures hit 100 during the day and the AC just can't cool your room enough (without breaking the bank or electricity). Mesh) we love Buffy Breeze. It has a surprisingly sleepy "weight" while also being the most breathable I've heard of. It feels "heavy" but never hot. It looks so flimsy that you think it doesn't have enough substance to feel cozy, but it surprises you. Buffy Breeze is not warm enough in winter temperatures. And then we switch back to the sheets and giggle. Having two blankets seemed like a bust, but it was the best decision we've ever made. We'll be using Buffy Breeze through September, then switching. Since both duvet covers have panels, it's easy to pull out one and tuck the other into the duvet cover that suits you (and if you're a southern sleeper, check out Peach Skin Sheets' Night Sweats duvet covers for some soft and to find super breathable options). Made in Atlanta!) If you sleep on a memory foam mattress, or your dog sleeps in a bed, or your heater is a little warmer than we'd like, you might never need a warmer one. But you definitely need this book if you want a night of uninterrupted sleep! (If you want to know how this can save your marriage, check out Sharing the Covers, a book about how sleeping with your partner affects your recovery...and what can help!)
